Our Policy:
No refunds. Exchange only on unworn merchandise. If there is a problem with your order, you must notify me by email. We will do our best to work out any problems that might arise. We will gladly exchange merchandise or give store credit for something else. Exchanged items must be returned in same condition in which they were sent (unworn). Must be exchanged with in 7 days of item shipped. Please return with Tracking #. I will not be responsible for lost packages. When I ship your item, its mailed in a box for its protection with delivery confirmation. Exchanges are not allowed on items that have been worn or damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. If you have any questions or concerns regarding one of my accessories, please email before placing your order. If its a rush order, please let me know by entering it at check out. Sometimes during certain parts of the year I get extremely busy which cause a delay in some shipments. Custom orders, all sales final. Lost package? Please contact your post office.

Shipping:
We ship by USPS. You will get a confirmation e-mail, tracking number. All orders are mailed out within 7-14 days. Some orders might be delayed due to the volume of orders that come in and also depending how large your order is. If you are out of the country, orders are mailed out by USPS. We will find the lowest shipping cost for you. If you need your order ASAP, please notify me with a date and I will get this to you by then.

We accept credit card payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order, or personal check. (Personal checks, need 10 days to clear before we ship to you)

Vintage Clothing:
We buy vintage clothing!! We are interested in all vintage clothing and accessories. Please e-mail us to make an appointment. The vintage clothing that is for sale on our website are all described to the best of our knowledge. Please remember the items for sale is vintage and had an incredibly fabulous life before arriving at your door. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VINTAGE CLOTHING. I have a large collection of vintage clothing.
