Our Policy:
No refunds.  Exchange only on unworn merchandise. If there is a problem with your order, you must notify me by email. We will do our best to work out any problems that might arise. We will gladly exchange merchandise or give store credit for something else. Exchanged items must be returned in same condition in which they were sent (unworn). Must be exchanged with in 7 days of item shipped. Must be mailed in a box. Absoluetly no refunds on items returned in an envelope. Please return with Tracking #. I will not be responsible for lost packages. When I ship your item, its mailed in a box for its protection with delivery confirmation. Exchanges are not allowed on items that have been worn or damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding one of my accessories, please email before placing your order.All sales final.   Lost package? Please contact your post office. 

Shipping:
Currently I am backed up with orders, so please note your order is on its way.  We ship by USPS Priority Mail. You will get a confirmation e-mail, tracking number. All orders are mailed out within 2-5 days. Some orders might be delayed due to the volume of orders that come in and also depending how large your order is. If you are out of the country, orders are mailed out by USPS. We will find the lowest shipping cost for you. If you need your order ASAP, please notify me with a date and I will get this to you by then. Once it leave me, I am not held responsible for your package. We can call USPS or UPS to track your package.

Payments:
Payment accepted: Money Order, cashier check, personal check or cash. Sorry, no credit cards at this time. Due to the economy, my small busiess is only accepting these forms of payment. When you do place a order, send me a email when you have sent the payment. I will send you a email once I get the payment. THANK YOU!
