Flirty white chiffon dress with baby blue & white floral print. The dress has one layer of chiffon over a full pleated layer of white rayon crepe. The neckline is high and round. Small cap sleeves. Dress has a ribbon under breast, the ribbon is pretty long, can tie around. Has holes on side of dress, which you can pull ribbon though, not sure how this is done, I could not figure it out. Dress fastens metal back zipper. Condition, is great. Only small tiny stains inside lining but may come out with dry cleaning. Not noticeable through dress. No label only size label which says Size 16.
